Melbourne, Australia

From Italy to Melbourne, usually outside or making something.

I'm from Italy and now live in Melbourne. I like long days outside: running, swimming, cycling, hiking, and finding places that make me slow down a bit.

I also write on Substack and paint sometimes.

Outside

A few things that keep me grounded.

Long distance

Running, swimming, and cycling give me a simple kind of structure: keep showing up, stay patient, and trust that small efforts add up.

Outdoors

I like hiking and being in open spaces. A good day is often just a trail, a view, and enough time to not rush through it.

Making things

Writing and painting help me notice what I think and what I see. They're imperfect, slow, and probably better because of that.

Substack

Notes on art, books, and the work of making things.

Short essays and observations from the same place as the paintings: creative process, attention, and the small ideas worth keeping.

Creative work

Painting keeps me looking closely.

I like having something offline where color, proportion, and mood matter. It is separate from everything else, and that is what makes it useful.
